The "User" shall only use the "Site" to make legitimate operations and shall not use this "Site" to make any speculative, false or fraudulent operations or any purchase order in anticipation of demand. "You" represent that "You" are of sufficient legal age to create binding obligations for any liability "You" may incur as a result of your usage of this "Site". It is a violation of law to place contract proposals in a false name or with an intent not to pay for the services provided. Harperscraft do everything possible to protect our customers' privacy and to ensure the security of all customer information. We will never give or sell your personal details to a third party except where we are obliged to by law (see the section on Confidentiality, below). This section of the site explains how we use your information.

Customer Information ....

When you place an order or make an enquiry with Harperscraft there are certain pieces of information which we may need. These are: name, address, telephone number and email address. You shall be liable for the accuracy of customer information you provide to us.

Once we have this information, we will be able to send you (by post or email) a quotation or confirmation of your order. In the unlikely event of a problem occurring with your order, we will try to contact you by telephone so that we can inform you of the situation and discuss your alternative options. When you use the Harperscraft website, we will assume that you are consenting to the use of the information according to the conditions laid out here.

Customer/Client Comments ....

We may ask our customers/clients for their comments on the service we provide and you may be emailed for your opinion on a particular subject. If you let us know that you do not wish your comments to be published on the Harperscraft website, we will of course comply with your wishes. If you let us know that you do not want us to email you with a request for your opinion then again we will of course comply with your wishes.

We are constantly developing the site to make navigation as easy as possible for all our visitors, and one part of this requires us to monitor the way the site is used. As required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.
